For April we were lucky to get our guest expert, Dalton Gillespie, who discussed his successes and challenges with Pad Splits.
In 2023 Dalton was introduced to Padsplit, and has decided to add that to his portfolio. He has 6 properties in the Phoenix area totaling 48 rooms successfully producing incredible results. He has 2 more properties currently in construction with many more to come.
